Our client portal enables us to manage and answer your questions more efficiently, and collaborate more effectively on your projects. When you submit a question, it enters our system and all related communications and task history are displayed to keep pertinent information right at our fingertips. Using our Client Portal rather than conventional email, helps us to help you!

Submit a support ticket / question

How to submit a Support Ticket

  • Click on the button above for the Method Client Portal. (bookmark this page for quick future access)
  • Sign in to the portal with your UserName and Password. (allow your browser to save this username and password for even quicker access)

If you’ve never used the portal and don’t have a UserName and Password:

  • Click the Register link and follow the prompts.
  • Your temporary password will be sent to you.
  • When you login for the first time with your temporary password, you will be required to set up a new password.

Please note: if you have more than one business account with CBS which uses the same email address, you will need to contact us to help you register for the Client Portal.
