5 Simple Steps will allow us to log onto your computer using GoToAssist Desktop Sharing so we can help you.

  1. Submit a Support Ticket or Call (717) 733-3045 to schedule an appointment.
  2. Type your name into the field below.
  3. Our technician will provide you with a support key.
  4. Enter the support key you received and click Connect; this will automatically download software to connect our computer to yours.
  5. Give the technician permission to login.
